After years spent in the civil society sector working on the topics of non-formal education, volunteering and youth empowerment, I realized that a great mission and vision are not enough! Staff turnover, limited funding, unstable project grants and activity overload, led me to fatigue and burnout. 

 

This journey pushed me to develop a more systematic regenerative approach for myself. Now I am bringing it to both individuals and organizations.
